So many a times when we tell ourselvea something. I know we dont really absorb what we tell ourselves. The reason? because we’re not bought in to that idea. Back when the beginning of a semester, I was very much telling myself to change and stop complaining. It didint really work. What it did was trying to avoid those negative emotions that would relentlessly come and tempt you again. In the end, it would just be another cycle of the battle of the mind.
It didint really turned out well with the self rulea. It became so much easier untill i read some real life accounts…..
